Alabaster Hair — Terms of Service

1. Overview
   By visiting and shopping with Alabaster Hair you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.
   Alabaster Hair is a UK based business selling synthetic hair wigs through limited product drops.
2. Products
   All products sold by Alabaster Hair are synthetic wigs. We make every effort to accurately represent our products through photography and descriptions. Please note that colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
3. Ordering
   By placing an order with Alabaster Hair you confirm that:
   • You are at least 18 years of age
   • The payment details you have provided are valid and correct
   • You are authorised to use the payment method provided
   All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion and issue a full refund.
4. Pricing — All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Alabaster Hair reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
5. Processing & Dispatch
   All orders are processed and dispatched within 8 to 10 business days of your order being placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched along with tracking information where available.
6. Shipping
   We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Alabaster Hair is not responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail or third party couriers once your order has been dispatched.
7. Returns & Refunds
   Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or faulty.
   If your order arrives damaged or faulty please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at alabasterhairuk@gmail.com with photographic evidence and we will resolve this for you as quickly as possible.

8. Limited Drops
   Alabaster Hair operates on a limited drop model. All product drops are available for a limited time and in limited quantities. Once a drop closes or sells out no further orders will be accepted for that drop. We are unable to make exceptions under any circumstances.
9. Intellectual Property
   All content on the Alabaster Hair website including images, text, logos and branding is the property of Alabaster Hair and may not be reproduced or used without express written permission.
10. Privacy
    Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will never sell or share your data with third parties without your consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
    Alabaster Hair is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for your order.
12. Governing Law
    These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
